DotA 6.69 - IceFrog's Failure

Here are 2 failure bugs that IceFrog had made...I hope IceFrog can fix those bugs soon...

This is what's happened when Furion used one of the ancient medallions (item drop from The Phoenix, the boss from Hidden Quest in Dota 6.69). This item (Ancient Medallion) gives 75 to all attributes and ability to create 9 images when you activate it. In this clip I use this medallion but on the screen appears only images (I can't see the real one like it disappear on the game). You can see on mini map that I am there. No video tricks just a bug.





It's a bug when you use Goblin Techies with an Aghanim's Scepter. As you can see, when Goblin Techies learnt hise ultimate, the permanent attributes (skill) don't show usually. But when the Goblin Techies picked up a Aghanim's Scepter, the Remote Mines are gone instantly and changed into permanent attributes (skill).


Hope that IceFrog fix this bug quickly...

Steps:
1) Level up Goblin Techies's ulti to level 3
2) Before the Phoenix summoned, put 35 Aghanim mines on the place where Phoenix SHOULD come out
3) Explode all the mines when Phoenix appear
4) Enjoy the 5 awesome items...

DotA Little Tips - Random Bug

Did you know?
There is amazing bug in DotA. by using it you can get selected three heroes in random, Witch Doctor, Naix, and Nerubian Weaver. This is a great news for fans who love these heroes, now you can get those 3 heroes by doing random just by performing few steps. Getting random hero gives you extra 200 gold which really matters in starting of the game. Don't miss to try out this cool stuff or it gets fixd later by IceFrog. Follow these simple steps to perform this bug.

Requirements:

*Be a Host or Co-ordinate with host

*-ah (anti-hack command)

*-ap (AllPick mode)

*-random (Random hero command)

Steps:

*We already know that the countdown timer (on top right of your screen) of creeps spawn starts from 2 minutes after the game mode selection

*Type one of the commands below when the timer reached 1 minute 47 seconds.

  "-random" to get Witch Doctor.

  "-random str" to get Naix.

  "-random ago" to get Nerubian Weaver.

*Next, ask the host to type "-ah" command immediately when the timer reached "1 minute and 42 seconds" or you can type it yourself if you are the host.

Why isn't it working? Maybe:

1) You are too late on typing "-random".

2) The host (or yourself) type the "-ah" command too late.

3) If any other players picked those heroes above, it won't work.

I have followed those 3 things above, why it's still not working???

Only 1 answer...IceFrog had fixed the bug...XD

DotA 2!!!

After a long wait and all the rumors Valve has announced official release of DotA 2 in 2011 whixh will be released on both Mac $ PC. As you may already know, IceFrog was hired by Valve in late 2009 for the development of most popular Warcraft 3 Mod - DotA. Now, they are about to release Valve DotA 2 in which the whole DotA concept will be ported in upgraded manner.

 The vital change in DotA 2 is that it will run on Valve’s Source Engine which will remove all the Warcraft 3 limitations. All the heroes, items, terrain, buildings will be ported same as in current version of DotA. Anyone who plays Warcraft 3 – Dota will instantly recognize DotA 2. However, there are still some things which are new in DotA 2.

Following are some features Valve introduced about incoming DotA 2:

In-game Voice Chat:
DotA 2 will have integrated voice chat feature which will allow players to communicate during game without using 3rd party software.

Leaver AI replacement:
Disconnected players will be replaced by AI bots which will take control over the hero. It will be available in unranked matches.

Heroes Voice:
DotA 2 will feature new voice work. You’ll get amusing lines from heroes as they deny the enemy team last hits on creeps, and champions who have backstory connections will trade quips when nearby.

Rewards & Matchmaking System:
Valve is using it’s traditional Steamworks as a matchmaking & community rewards system which will allow you to create in-game rewards for participating in community forums.

Coaching & Training System:
Once again, Valve is coming with a great innovation of coaching system which will be used to train a beginner to learn DotA 2 to sustain a respectable position in the community. It will allow veteran players to login as a coach. Coach can see beginner’s screen and can get private voice chat during the game.

It is indeed a revolutionary & surprise step taken by Valve by entering in the world of MMO-RTS games with the help of IceFrog. Finally, DotA Fans had some relief after hearing some of the features of the upcoming DotA 2. The upgraded heroes are still looking remarkable in the images. It’s good that Valve DotA 2 team revealed something but fans will still consider it as a drop in a ocean that IceFrog still refused to disclose his name in the community.

Hahahaha, this is a funniest bug I ever see >.<
This bug gives you ability to ATTACK or kill your teammates (even towers & buildings that are vulnerable)
1) Pick Batrider
2) Level up Firefly
3) Buy Manta
4) Now press [Shift]+[Firefly]+[Manta]

5) Press [A]-(attack command shortcut key)to attack your teammates,LOL!

Roshan Bug

ROFL! This is a really gay bug man~You can killed the Roshan without powerful items!!! 

This bug requires to watch the video because words can't explain clearly

1) Pick Visage
2) Train to level 6
3) Summon Familiars (it should be 2)
4) Place both of them on the hills above Roshan (shown as the video)

5) Put both of them top and bottom (but not too far) on the hills near the shop
6) Select top familiar to attack Roshan and move it back to its place
7) Now the Roshan will stuck at the hills (like keep patrolling) that both of your familiars' places
8) Now use your Visage to attack Roshan till he die =.=

DotA 6.68b Bug - UberChicken and Io, The Guardian Wisp Tether

Io, Permanent Movement Speed Bonus Bug

This bug will let you allied hero having PERMANENT bonus movement speed for the whole game using Io, The Guardian Wisp Tether. In order to make it work:-
1) Pick Io

2) Cast Tether on you allied hero

3) Repick your hero (You must have full hp and mp to repick a hero)
4) Lol, this is not very useful bug :P

Io, Armlet Heal Bug

This bug provides additional Hp regeneration to your allied hero:-
1) Cast Tether on you allied hero

2) Activate Armlet of Mordiggian QUICKLY

3) Make sure don't leave your allied hero too far away or the spell will be cut off

The UberChicken Bug XD

This bug gives you an instant item teleportation using an Animal Courier:-
1) Buy 1 Animal Courier
2) Take it to your lane and use it
3) Buy items you need now

4) Select your Animal Courier and use Collect Your Items skill
5) The items you bought from home will immediately appear on your Animal Courier's inventory
6) Enjoy >D

4 - Plant a remote mine anywhere you like

5 - Select it and detonate

6 - Hahaha there you go, an unlimited ultimate demolations :)
